Gosh, it's been 2 days since I hiked up Gunung Lambak and my thighs hurt so much!! I don't really mind climbing stairs but I dread having to walk down the stairs. Each step is just pure torture!!
I'm even starting to walk awkwardly...people have been asking me why I macam jalan terkangkang kangkang.. =_____=
Gosh, if this is what I am experiencing after Gunung Lambak then what about Gunung Kinabalu? I'm kinda anticipating a few days of MCs now. Any suggestions for this soreness I'm having? Pretty sure it's just a muscle sore not some torn muscles ...touch wood!!
